A tree-sprite sits, where once a great oak stood,
And fireflies dance about her as she sings.
Her lilting harp-song, music of the wood,
Strums out the stories written in its rings...
Pen and Ink artwork taken from my book Fragments, printed on a die-cut vinyl sticker and featuring a little tree spirit strumming her wooden harp.
Perfect little gift for a musical friend.
